Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@daniradecor.com with clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund depending on availability.
Please do not return broken glass — for safety reasons, we will advise you on how to dispose of it safely at home.
