Are your vases dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing only. Our vases are handmade from recycled glass and can be delicate — warm water and gentle cleaning help preserve their beauty.
Are these handmade?
Yes. Each vase in our Zen Collection is handmade by artisans in Europe using traditional glassblowing techniques.
Will the product look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is unique, so slight variations in shape, size, or bubbles are natural and part of its charm. These differences are a mark of true craftsmanship.
Do you offer custom orders or sizes?
Not at the moment, but we hope to offer this in the future. Feel free to reach out with special requests — we’ll do our best to help.

Where do you ship?
We currently deliver to the UK and Republic of Ireland only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times:
UK 2–4 working days
RIO 3–5 working days
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat rate of £5.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
What happens if my item arrives broken?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the broken item and packaging. We'll issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on availability.
Please do not return broken glass — we will guide you through proper disposal and resolution.
Can I exchange my item?
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
